We are a mobile cocktail bar that specialises in making all the great cocktails from the 1920s to the 1980s and specifically for private events, such as birthdays or weddings. See the About Us page for the full story.

In a word, yes! There’s a lot of stress in organizing events, even small ones and the right drinks are a key element to an events success or failure. We take care of everything and co-ordinate with you from the start to really make the process fun and seamless. Having us at your event significantly raises the profile and adds that unexpected “wow” factor that will have guests talking about it for some time after. We’ll make your event truly remarkable.
 

Yes, we bring everything with us – alcohol, mixers, glassware – and then when it’s all over we take it all away again. You don’t waste money buying alcohol you will never use again, or worse, running out during the event. We save you heaps of time in organising, purchasing alcohol, hiring and training staff, setting up and packing down the bar area. However the biggest benefit is that you also get to enjoy the party rather than serving drinks or trying to make cocktails the whole time.

Easy – our process is streamlined in such a way that even though your event is highly personalised to you, we make it seem simple.

Firstly choose a “Drinks Package” to suit your event. This can be done by selecting the “Our Services” tab on the navigation menu at the top of the page. If you have dealt with us before then you may want to select the “Drinks Packages” tab to make your choice. If this is your first time or you just want some ideas of what packages are best suited to your event then select “Special Occasions & Events”.

Once you’ve chosen your Drinks Package, select the “Cocktail List” tab on the navigation menu at the top of the page to choose your cocktails. Here we’ve made it easy for you to select them by the type of event you are having, or if you’re feeling a little adventurous then browse the full cocktail list which has over 100 cocktails to choose from. You’re not limited to either of these lists so feel free to browse other event types and choose cocktails from there too. Choose five to seven cocktails depending on your Drinks Package and write your selections down, as you’ll need it for the next step.

Once you’ve chosen your cocktails, click on the “Pricing” tab on the navigation menu at the top of the page and select "Special Event Pricing". Tell us a little about the event you are planning, click “Submit” and we’ll contact you shortly.

You’re welcome to choose up to five of your favourite cocktails or mocktails to enjoy as well as beer, wine and champagne if desired. In cocktail- or mocktail-only packages, you’re welcome to choose up to seven.

This does vary depending on the number of guests and the type of bar selected. A simple event with 1 bartender and 30 guests would require a set up area of 2.5 metres by 2.5 metres, or a larger event for 100 to 300 guests would require around 5 metres by 5 metres. This is a guide only as venue space is never usually that straightforward and nor is the access to these areas, so be sure to discuss this with us at the time of requesting a quote.

Yes we do need safe access to running water and power to operate the bars and blenders. In locations without running water or power, we can operate off generator power but be sure to let us know about this at the time of requesting a quote.
